The North Shore Turtle Bay Experience
- Stay at the world famous Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore.
- Welcome dinner with Garrett
- You will get the VIP behind the scenes tour of prestigious Pipeline or any other location you desire, if your in town during one of the annual contests it will for sure be a treat.
- Ride on the back of the Jet Ski in the monster surf as Garrett tows in to the waves, if you want you can take the rope yourself!!!
- Surfing lesson
- Stand Up Paddle tour of the Haleiwa River at sunset with the beautiful sea turtles

This was an experience of a lifetime. I will never forget the awe I felt when I was out in the ocean with Garrett. The entire experience and two days spent with the generous and hilarious Garrett and his amazing partner Nicole were filled with joy, laughter, awe, and adrenaline. I ride horses at the top level of my sport, and have fortunately been able to have had some cool experiences, but this took the cake! Never could I have imagined the power of Nature as experienced with Garrett in the ocean....it was a visceral, spiritual, glorious thing to be a part of and I thank Garrett , Nicole, and The Marconi Foundation for a life altering two days.

I had the pleasure and good fortune to be able to spend a week in December with Garrett in his home town area of the big wave Mecca of North Shore, Oahu, Hawaii. All I can say is that it was the time of my life. Learning to tow in surf by one of the surfing legends of the world was so exciting. Garrett`s ability to be able to teach me the techniques and get me into the big waves was fantastic. He has a way about him that makes you feel so confident and safe. His knowledge, skills, and energy are so inspiring. Then there was surfing next to him at the famous North Shore breaks, something I will always remember. Being in the water with him and watching him charge down the faces of a large Hawaiian wave is something everyone needs to see. Hanging out with Garrett at the Pipeline Masters and being treated like a local was so cool. Not to mention the lunches and dinners, and going to local homes for parties with Garrett and his wonderful partner Nicole; that was so relaxing and just topped off the trip. Hanging out with Garrett and his friends made me feel like a true surfer, and brought me back to feeling young again. The trip inspired me to want to fulfill my dream of traveling the world in search of great waves, in beautiful locations, with good companion ship.

My North Shore experience was insane with Garrett. Honestly the best trip I`ve ever had. No way would it of been the same without Garrett. When we needed Gmac he was there. From waking me up with ski on truck and ready to go tow at 5am to get out there first and tow me into the biggest best barrels of my life, take my wife and friends SUP`n up the river. Hang at our place, bbq, show us around, meet his family. Nothing else could we of asked for, Gmac`s the man. It was the complete North Shore Aloha experience ! Thanks Gmac...
